Certain Wins - BGSU, WCU, NT, Vandy, @UK
Likely Wins - SC, Oklahoma, @Missouri
Toss Ups - @UF, Georgia, Arkansas
Likely Losses - @Bama
Certain Losses - NONE

9-3 is attainable for sure. 8-4 seems like the safe bet.

Don't wanna rain on this parade...but don't forget that UT will come to the Swamp early and exit with an L...if they recover from that, then good shot to go 8-4..if not...then 6-6 or 7-5 will loom its ugly head. You wont win the east since we will have that head to head in our back pocket.

And UF will be good next year on defense....just need a boost on offense... Treon Harris is not the answer imo...although a true frosh this year, he lacks a lot of passing skills. UF will not be that good mind you...but we have shot at the east

You could go 0-4 in that stretch.

1-3 is very likely.
OU - L
UGA - L
SC - W
Arky - L

Ut has a very decent shot at winning the east next year, on paper. Despite their head coaching change, I will never again predict a florida win until we actually pull it off, but we seem to have South Carolinas number and we always play uga close, despite the talent difference we've had in the past few years. Kentucky and Vandy don't seem to be going anywhere soon. Arky will be tough, I feel like both our programs are on similar trajectories, and bama will be good as always. We'll see how mizzou fares with their new coaches. It all depends on our o line development, and how the coaching/player attrition affects the other teams throughout the east. It helps that we have a named starting quarterback going into the offseason, something a lot of other sec teams don't have the luxury of. Oklahoma doesn't have a bearing on our SEC standings, but having them at home after a disappointing season and a lot of players graduating favors us decently.

Very wide open. It's going to be a long offseason.

We return 16 or 17 depending on who you ask. Not related to the Vols but it's pretty neat.

I hope Tennessee gets back to solid football

Even though the bad apples from Tennessee program could and probably should pay more for their past rat like sins. The Tennessee fans who had nothing to do with Tennessee's evil doings don't deserve what Tennessee football has put them through the last 7 or so years. The thought of two great programs playing on the 3rd Oct every season is a sweet one. The rivalry needs both teams to be good to reach greatness because beating bad Tennessee teams is nice, but it doesn't mean to much these days.

Tennessee has got a shot
They might win the SEC East next season

so if i divide the 18 returning by the 22 starters we get 81.81818181% of the starters returning. if i take that percentage of 3 sec wins we're at 2.4545repeating wins returning. you're essentially asking those 18 guys plus 4 news guys increase win totals by 185.185% to equal mizzou's 7-1 record. i think tennessee will be better, but not 185% better.
