sounds like it was a nice year. good for the vols. I still don't trust anything unless i actually see the full accounting picture. Press releases are always rosey.
also from this article.

"Entering fiscal year 2016-17, UT Athletics produced a balanced budget of $129.5 million in operating revenues and expenditures."

Ole Miss needs to shift its investments into accountants, instead of recruits...

Pretty much.

The 12th Man Foundation received something like $800,000 dollars in donations per day last year

You Aggots are adorable. After the last two years of you proclaiming how much richerer you are than OU, to my laughter, look at the real list that includes all programs.

Help us we're poorz

Really? Are you sure this wasn't the academic side raising money? And was this hard cash, or pledges to pay later?

If it's athletics, why do you need to gouge hotel occupants in College Station for the next 30 years for a hotel/motel tax that will raise (I think) $75 million for Kyle Field?

I guess the bigger question is, when are you going to raise a ruckus that your SEC shares aren't equal and threaten to move to somewhere like the Big 10?

Jesus Christ you are stupid. That list is just for football programs, but we don't do our accounting the same way as some programs so not all of our football revenue is tied to our football program.

When we look at total AD revenue (which works no matter how each AD does their accounting) we see the Aggies at the top of the list:

Per the 12th man foundation financials for year ended 2016, the 12th man foundation took in $ 42,761,150.32 in annual donations. That amounts to $117,153.84 per day. That's a LOT less than $800,000 per day, aggot.

You're correct. 12th Man Foundation is $115,000 dollars per day and Texas A&M Foundation is $700,000 dollars per day.

So many millions in different areas I get them mixed up from time to time.

Speaking of accounting tricks, who in the hell ever heard of an entity counting capital campaign contributions as revenue while NOT counting that same revenue as an expense?

Only aggy. Why? Because that sleight of hand puts them ahead of the University of Texas, is why.

Just like counting a law school in Fort Worth, a campus in Qatar and Israel and Galveston as "College Station" to pad their enrollment numbers.

Oh... and claiming the entire $11 billion endowment set aside for A&M System schools and the state forestry and ag services as belonging solely to "College Station."

What a fricking mockery aggy is.
