Even if all of those percentages are accurate, math gives Tennessee an 8% chance to win out. Add in the SEC chip and the two playoff games at 50% each and they're looking at a 1% chance to go undefeated and win it all.

FPI changes as data comes in. IOW, a preseason FPI is useful but nothing to get your panties in a bunch over. For example, the UT-BAMA fpi will even out by the time the game rolls around. It's already changed slightly from where it started (~55 percent).

I think Tennessee will have a good year but lose at least 3 games; Florida, UGA, and Alabama.
