Newton's laptop theft took place before JJ's armed robbery

and yes bobbyray, JJ did commit armed robbery. no amount of big words usage will deflect that fact.

i'm a UF fan, and I admit Newton stole a laptop. see how easy that was

JJ was just riding along and wasn't involved.

The video of the incident says otherwise.

He was standing a few feet away next to the car.

Here's the VolNation posters calling shenanigans on the reported "Janzen was in the store/stayed in the car" story after seeing the video.

Jackson goes inside initially, then comes back out and gets in the car for a few seconds. Then he and someone who appears to be Nukeese Richardson go and rob the guys in the white car next to them.

So you're saying that it was Janzen that went over to rob the car and not Mike Edwards?

I'm having trouble telling them apart, but I'm not watching very closely either. I'll check it out in a couple hours when I'm less distracted. Thanks for linking it.

well, i'm right and you're wrong....who is the fool now? you hadn't even seen the tape before now. are you still defending him? seriously? he is guilty and that video proves it. there are people sitting in prison rotting away for far less and the best you can come up with is hair jokes and some lame hypothetical situation which doesn't even compare to what happened. the funny thing is, you cannot admit you were wrong. you cannot admit JJ is guilty of "armed robbery" and should be in prison. why can't you just fess up and admit you're a dolt, you were wrong, and you are sorry?

You are such a goddamn moron. Where did you go to fricking school?

If there is a video of me walking out of your mom's house a couple minutes after a couple guys tag-teamed your mom, does that mean that I was the one that banged her? What if I then rode hom with the guys that just got done wailing away on your mom? Am I then complicit in the group banging of your mom? Going off the brilliant deductive reasoning displyaed in your first 18 posts, the answer is "yes" it would mean that I in fact was guilty of banging your mom...because I knew that the two other guys had really taken it to her.

You'll be happy to know that you are a complete moron. And that, in the eyes of the law, such evidence would not be sufficient to find me guilty of banging your mother.

Now, if a video comes out 15 minutes later that shows me going reverse cowgirl on your mom, does that mean that I banged her? Well, of course it does. But it changes nothing of the fact that the son of the woman I was wailing away upon knew nothing -- absolutely nothing -- of what he spoke.

haha, once again, shitty comparison and shitty hypothetical......keep reaching bubba.

how come it is you're the ONLY one denying JJ's guilt? why can't you just admit that if he couldn't play some sport and wasn't an athlete @ UT he would be sitting in prison right now, but since he is the starting safety and best player on your shitty team, he got off the hook.

your vocabulary does not impress me btw. and i attend UF

Here is a hypo for you: I'm inside a convenience store that also happens to serve late night sandwiches on the grill. While I'm waiting for my sammich, you come in and hold up the store. You exit the store with a bag of cash. A couple seconds later, I exit the store with a sandwich that I paid for. You are about to drive off when you notice me walking out. We happen to be good buddies. You offer me a ride home. I accept. On the way home, we joke about the robbery you just committed. Then we get pulled over

In Tennessee you have committed an offense by being an accessory after the fact.

What you think that makes him innocent. The video show him involved, people can be bought or bribed to be blind. You can't help it if Kiff brought in thugs so lighten up. Be happy because Dooley will change it.

This! .....Everyone in UTenn knew what went down, and he had to be set free, if the team was to ever get anywhere. Guy literally got away with armed robbery.

It's actually pretty typical of first time offenders with no harm done to anyone.

Richardson is on a judicial deferral, Edwards now has a felony record. DA chose not to prosecute the woman on the robbery charges, but was going to pursue misdemeanor drug possession charges.

The only "lucky" one was JJ. He was lucky enough to hire a really good defense attorney who put the pressure on and got the case dismissed early.

In this case it was.

And just so you don't think that I'm some kind of Barner like homer, I do believe JJ and other were bought and paid for by the Kiffin regime.

not here in florida. you will be in prison (no jail, no probation, no deferral), even if you're a first time offender. armed robbery is nothing to play with, and that's the way it should be. you don't go around sticking guns in people's faces
