Coach speak can only go but so far.
If the words "young" "struggling" "waiting for someone to step up", etc are mentioned, just go ahead and chalk it up to the players in question not being good at their job.
There's still a good amount of time.

You're fooling yourself if you don't think UT has a serious QB problem right now, and that jones is concerned... the fact he always uses coachspeak but isn't in this case should be a clue.

It's so sad to see that UT is a shadow of its former self, and nothing...NOTHING, is going to change for the forseeable future.
So sad...

Yes and you can't have him.

The sad thing is trash bama fans can't enjoy success with a bit of class. They have to tea bag, poison, kill one another and generally just be pieces of shite. What a horrible wretched fanbase to be associated with. That's the sad thing.

We return the same QB that nearly beat UGA and beat SCAR before getting injured last year. I am less concerned this year than I was last year. Couple that with a lot more talent at the skill positions, and I feel pretty solid.
This season will be better than last. Next season is when the fun begins, so get your shots in now. 2015 is when UT starts fricking people up again... thank the lerd.

I've got my fingers crossed that the light eventually comes on for Dobbs. Worley is what he is...Matt Simms 2.0 imo. No matter how good Peterman looks in practice, I'll be floored if Butch actually trots him out there again. He will catch MAJOR heat if Peterman looks anything like he did vs UF.
Dobbs is much more talented than most on this board will admit imo.

I think the QBs are gonna be alright. Will they be all Americans, no. We don't need them to be. If they can just manage the game they'll be alright. With the WRs we have, they'll have a wide margin for error.
I think Dobbs still has a chance to be really good. He got thrown into the fire as a true freshman last year and then hurt his hand against Mizzou.

True, but you've got to admit that the dink and dunk offense really doesn't take full potential of what these WRs are capable of. And that's basically all we can run with Worley in there.
Dobbs easily has the best arm of the three, has a great set of wheels, he's also the smartest and from everything I've heard/read he's a workaholic/student of the game type. I hope it's just something mental with him that eventually clicks because he has all the tools to be very good imo.

I really think the young speed is gonna help with that. Dink and dunk to Wharton, Hurd and Young. Then that should open it up for shots downfield to North, Pearson and Malone.
Really, my biggest worry is will the OL allow the offense to operate to it's full capability

And when you hire a Nick Saban type coach that may change for UT. Nobody even knows your coaches name.

I think so, but we should research the ancient tablets to confirm
