When we started - about 2 yrs ago - she was like that. Now if we don't run she goes nuts in the evening time.

What does that even mean? I wish I had the ability to make posters quit. And I'm sure she still posts, just under a different username. For someone all mad about it being brought up you keep talking about it.
Slope, it was a chick, and if you had to guess one chick (mainly OT poster, but really posted anywhere there were guys willing to hardleg) that has screwed the most other posters, who would your guess be?

The last (July) 5k I ran 22:40 which is a bit off pace.
I typically bounce between 19:30 and 21.
I prefer a 10k than 5k. It seems I just get started as the 5k is winding down.

But you're the only one that keeps talking about it. Let it go and it will be over with, at least from me. If you didn't keep talking about it, it would've ended a page or two ago.
