Naw. It was quite the opposite actually. Earlier today the UF fans were starting all kinds of threads. I've seen it a ton in person this year like no other year. UF fans are scared.

All response threads to UK's cockiness about the game. Usually UK fans are pretty cool during football season, because you know, 28 straight means humble is your best bet. This year though...you beat a very average mid major by 7 and USCe with their worst team in a long time, and now you have no chance of losing to a team that has beaten you every single year of my life. I'm 28. Seems like UK fans should probably keep to the "we think we can win" and not this cocky little "we will beat UF they suck". End of the day...until you do it, hearing cockiness is just annoying. Its the same with Tennessee. At some point, do it on the field before talking trash. I wouldn't talk negative at all about UK and really never have. I like the Cats, but it's just response to this absurd cockiness that is very much unearned.

Sorry. THey weren't threads. But posts. Mostly by a couple specific posters.

I thought we could leave that to the Western teams and be more rational on the East side. We do have far better schools after all. Let the Rebels and Arky fans have blind hope that will never, ever play out.

So one UF troll thread and one response thread?

What's the big deal? And yes, it was mainly a couple of posters, not the entirety of both fan bases here.

Actually, I think this is only the second thread that they've started that has anything to do with Kentucky.

Correct. This one wasn't even meant to be a shite show. Now that first one, it's purpose was clear and it was successful.

Nope, more like just have to back to the 1980's

UK had the edge in wins before then and it was about even when UK last won. In the 80's the Gators were cheating heavily and the pendulum swung the other way but Pell got in NCAA trouble and Spurrier took the Gators to the promised land.

Either side is going to rabble, sadly.

Well, if UK wins, Mizzou will join the rabble in force.

We were just following UKs lead from 1977. Cheating bastards then did again with Mumme. So much sanctions for UK football.

I think the Mizzou fans like you so little that they'll give us a pass.

We should have Hatcher and Flannigan back as well. Will be a good one I think.

Really? I read on Twitter from a UK beat writer that Flanigan hasn't even been cleared for contact yet. I wouldn't count on him coming back if that's true.

Fran vs Pell?

Fran would be a midget compared to Pell, but hey, if it makes you sleep better at night while your fear rises for the weekend so be it.
