Meh, we could do without the Starnes Center.

We need to tear down the sideline press boxes and build something akin to the South endzone. Either way, we aren't doing too bad for the 3rd oldest stadium in college football.

Glad I won't have to sit in temporary bleachers anymore.

I must confess it's going to look good. That hurt real bad admitting such.

To sit 60,000+ without an upper deck isn't bad. It looks smaller than it really is. Once the next phase gets started and they add on the suites in the Endzone, it will be really nice.

That would be impressive if this were 1976 instead of 2016.

Jeremy Johnson couldn't complete a pass on the defense pictured in the construction cam

Mississippi is a much smaller state than Alabama, so your point is? How's that losing last 3 of 4 to MSU feel?

Meh, Tiger stadium without any upper levels whatsoever was around 70k. You still have to account for the premium upper level seating at Vaught Hemmingway. Has to be at least 8k seats

The bottom rendering looks sharp !!

The capacity was 67,700. The south end zone definitely had an upper level when I was going to games in the late 60's and early 70's.

The south end zone used to look like this in the "late 60's and early 70's". I'm guessing the term "upper level" is somewhat subjective here.
Edit: This is how Tiger Stadium looked in 1953 before any upper decks were built:

It looked pretty much the same. The point is, that's part of the lower bowl, not an upper deck.
In any case, it looks like this now....
Sorry for To get the thread back on track, VHS is looking good.
