Tourism says otherwise.lol. Fortune 500 companies, pro sports teams, etc. People from bordering states come into Missouri to work, doubt if many people from Tenn, Ark, LA, or Bama are going into Mississippi to find jobs.

I'm clearly not arguing that Mississippi is better. I'm not from there, I don't care. But it's laughable to think Missouri has some sterling reputation nationwide that can be held over anyone's head. All that comes to mind when I think of MO is the Forbes 'Most Dangerous' and 'Most Miserable' cities lists that I see STL on. And as for KC, all I got is steakhouses and that Kauffman an Arrowhead are good places to watch games
