It's okay because Derek Mason found his list. Watch out, Hilltoppers.

I would have gotten annoyed by this response if you hadn't been so cooperative in my thread already.

Come on. The list thing is hilarious. Even if it's out of context, it's hilarious.

I can't get the picture out of my head of Derek Mason casually opening a book, the pages of his precious list fluttering to the floor, his eyes widening as he bends down to retrieve the pages. "EUREKA!," he shouts, followed by maniacal laughter.

Vanderbilt went on to finish 11-3 that year.

Oh yeah, I agree. That's hysterical. More annoyed at the bad journalism that sparked people to think he had really said something so stupid and been serious about it. It's especially bad since he was so prone to blunders last year that it sounds believable.

Now that you've painted such a vivid picture, I'm going to be thinking of that up until the game. Depending on how it goes, the picture my change from maniacal laughter to a sound more akin to a little girl who found a lost doll.

In all honesty, I have nothing against Vanderbilt. Great school, a credit to our state. It was certainly no fun getting our asses dragged up and down the field in 2012 or losing in 2013 because both cost us bowl games, but there's certainly no reason why Tennessee can't have two good football teams.

Isn't he like 26 years old?

Vandy is just sad. Anchor is way down.

Excellent QB with a returning OL some of which are 6'6" at 315. They stand better than a punchers chance. This school has beaten sec schools and played others close.

Thanks for the info!

It doesn't surprise me at all that they've got a good QB and OL this year. WKU is one of those teams that has been pretty respectable for a while now.
