Will a win over a good UGA team restore confidence in Butch? or have the 3 collapses this season already sealed his fate in your eyes?

I think Tennessee fans have kind of given up on their team at this point. If they win, it'll be interesting.

Yes, Butch does get it. He's gotten the hard part taken care of....stockpiled talent. Butch and Jon are friends, of course. Butch's coaching failures have merely been a smokescreen.
Peyton and Jon are also friends. Think those recent comments from Peyton about becoming QB coach at UT were a coincidence? I think not

CBJ will be judged on 2016. All the melodrama and gnashing of teeth right now is just that.
And of course a win over UGA helps confidence, particularly with John and Jane Q. Average Fan. That said, some within what Coach Johnny Majors so rightfully dubbed "the Legion of the Miserable" wouldn't be happy if won every game left.

I would be VERY surprised if we won, so I'm not sure how I would react. Would I/we hop back on the Butch train or chalk it up as a fluke? Really not sure. I think it would help to right the ship a lot, hell, maybe we could even hit 8-4 if so, but regardless of how the rest of the season plays out, the fact remains that we would be 2 games better if Butch made sensible coaching decisions and knew how to close a game.

I can link a bajillion threads from the offseason made by UT fans claiming this year was their year, and now that butch has blown a few games, they are falling back to saying "next year"
