I have no idea. I don't follow baseball until conference play starts. Especially with LSU's atrocious OOC scheduling

Yes. They'll be good but I certainly wouldn't call them favorites. I would rank LSU around 9-12 at the moment.

I know most will disagree but I think Mississippi State has better pitching and hitting this year. Our freshman class was one of the best in the nation. Four of them turned down pro money after being drafted.

That's any good class. Some kids don't get drafted because they let clubs know they're going to college if not selected by a certain round. So you can't really look at that.

Well two figure in our weekend rotation one will start at third another c/DH and we also and a HS jr graduate early and would have been drafted who will get some PT as well

Well I know zilch about your class but perfect game has it 8th out of 14 in the conference.

That was last years class which was small the class of current fr and transfers is 2nd in the nation per Baseball America.
No recruits signed and all are on campus.

I think it's hard to really say that. You can't uniformly compare LSU and Ole Miss. Bianco is both a victim of his own success -- and staying too long without doing anything to semi-permanently endear himself to that fanbase.
He's won at a greater clip than anyone they've ever had there. He has a winning record, I believe, against all SEC teams besides LSU and South Carolina -- and both of those series are very close. Just can't get it done in the postseason for whatever reason.

We have plenty of arms but quality arms is still to be determined? Def have the best Friday starter in the league, and if we can find 2 more good starters, I think our relievers will develop. We have a very good pitching coach to go with a great lineup....... We have to have some surprises to do anything significant. But I think we are a year or two removed from another ship? You never know though..... It's going to be a good year no matter what, 2nd mayb 3rd, possibly 1st in the SEC. Always great to watch LSU baseball!!
