Whoever did this looked solely at the past 5 recruiting classes and said to themselves 'with this talent level this team HAS to be Top 25, by default' so they stuck them at... 25. Notice that they moved them up 49 points form last year, which is ludicrous. Had the person assembling the ranking looked at that before publishing they would have said to themselves 'wait, that's too much, I must have a mistaken assumption.'
