this is just bizarre seeing all this positive press and then thinking Urban is stepping down.

I believe Ole Urby on this one. He looked like a guy that was burnt out on his job. I think he wanted to spend time with his family after last season but they pushed him to come back. I believe if they had gone 10-2 or better this year, hes recharged and back in '11 but going 7-5 sealed the deal for him and he wasn't having much fun with it.
