Do you miss college? I'll be done by the end of the year.

Life turns to hell after college. You'll wish you was back in a couple months.

To clarify, there is no crowd. UAPD is keeping the publicity to a minimum.

Good thing. Hopefully he'll come around before long, especially if he needs to pee. Doesn't need the secondary reinforcement.

Haven't had the "normal" college experience though. Hasn't been all parties or anything. I'm ready to get a job.

Started my first year, joined the guard and did 7 months of training and came back. 1 semester back then got deployed, now been back for a few semesters.

Yes. I turned 30 this year and there is still probably not a day that goes by that I don't think about or miss college.

I absolutely love my life, don't get me wrong, but I still miss the carefree life of college where your biggest concern was making a good grade on your final. Life was just easier then.

I don't think its that bad.

I wouldn't trade my brain and experience and wisdom I have now to be back in college. College is good, but you grow up afterwards. The key is to not get tied down and keep living.

I never got the full college life since was involved in athletic department. But I loved living with those guys and we had a blast.

I guess I got the short end of the stick but it's seemed like that since I was 16. Had to help out my parents with money several times in the past to the tune of probably 10k total at different points in my life. I've been paid back every time and they are in a much better place. I will say that I had to grow up much faster than some/most my age.

The misses and I are seriously contemplating buying a small woodframed home in an older neighborhood in Starkville as a weekend/gameday home. Cheaper than the condo route that is all the craze plus we would get a yard and no noisy people above us. If the golden triangle had a decent hospital with a trauma center I would have never moved to the Jxn area. Starkville just has so many things to do now that wasn't there in the early 90's when I was in school. Plus a very good area to raise kids. So it never leaves you.

I had $70k in student loans waiting on me when I graduated. Those bills suck. That's why I hate life right now. I can't complain though, I have a good job and I live in a town that I actually enjoy.

Jack has no choice but to claim a religous conversion. Otherwise he'll never get laid again.
