What the hell was his girlfriend thinking
Was she drunk too or could she have driven home instead of him?

According to the last time I took the Mensa, nope.

That’s the information that’s been released. If correct as I said he’s screwed, and if found guilty should have the book thrown at him.

If there’s video evidence of it, I’m good with that. Pretty hard to argue against that and see what the judge says. If not, let’s have the trial and see what the result is.

We can’t stop the justice system just because it’s easy

Deflection.

You don't know what she thought, said or did. Just stop.

In jail? Yes. Prisons and jails are notorious for COVID outbreaks.

the force of being hit by someone driving 156 mph, even from behind and wearing a seatbelt, can easily kill someone

Rod Bramblett and his wife were killed in the exact same manner. They were sitting at a light and the a-hole rear ended his highlander at a high rate of speed. I can guarantee you he wasn’t doing 150+ either, but it still killed both of them

No, but it's something else they can threaten him with when they offer a plea deal.

Someone hit you square on from behind at 156 mph I don’t care if you’re in a NASCAR vehicle with a full harness and roll cage, you’re dead

Just read the article, impact was made around 127 mph. The girl actually survived and people that witnessed it tried to save her. She was screaming for help and alive after impact. They couldn’t get her out due to being pinned in the wreckage. Flames and smoked began to engulf the car so yes she probably burned alive trapped in the vehicle. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. Girl was just 23. RIP. Sad and totally unnecessary.

Knew this would bring out the board scum like yourself. You are such a fraud. A piece of filth pontificating on a matter that you care nothing about except that the perpetrator played for your eternal tormentor. That's the energy and impetus for your participation, otherwise, you care nothing about the victim or perpetrator. You and a few other clowns and degenerates degrade the conversation by your involvement in this tragic matter.

I can't figure out how he was going that fast. I have a friend that lives on Rainbow and that area at that speed is just ....unimaginable. I cant imagine 70 let alone more than double.
