I've been subscribed to this guy on YouTube for awhile and he's always playing NCAA and giving updates on the future of the series. Yesterday a company contacted him and said they wanted to make the game and they needed to see how much interest there was. Please watch this video, like it, and vote by clicking the circle with the "i" in the top right corner and hopefully we'll get a game real soon. Even if the game isn't that good, it'll be a start and maybe another company will take over. Here's the LINK to his video

UPDATE:
ITS HAPPENING!: The officially licensed indie company named IMV Gaming will make an NCAA game. Here's the video with the info

That company will go under if they try it... That lawsuit killed any future NCAA game from occurring. I don't think they'll be able to work it out.

Would love it but doesn't EA still own the rights to the NCAA licensing even after the lawsuit?

Yeah, how could this be done? I only see two options after the lawsuit:
1.) Don't use player likeness at all, would be weird and tough to do
2.) Make it free

Neither would be that great of an option IMO. But I guess we'll take anything.

I thought at this point, no one owns it. Not sure tho. All I know is I'll take any kind of college football game right now. All we can do is support this as much as possible and hope for the best. Maybe if it goes better than expected, a bigger company will pick it up. Even if all the players are random, maybe they'll add a roster editor and roster share option.

Lol, interest is obvious for all companies. There was never a lack of interest for this game. This guy is bullshitting and fishing for YouTube likes/subscribes

Idk man. Of course every company has interest. But no company has actually tried. They're too scared to. EA and 2K has everything to lose if they try and fail. An indie company doesn't have anything to lose but everything to gain. Supposed to have an update in a week or so. We'll see what happens.

EA and 2K can afford to fail. An indie company won't have as much leeway.

Not to mention the required licensing. Don't get your hopes up.

Is FlemLo's credit high? can we believe him?

I would hope the players get a piece of the $, at least in a trust they could access after they leave school, if need be.

Flemlo is a YouTuber who's quickly rising. Technically he has no cred. But he's the type who responds to every comment on every video and talks to his subscribers. I don't think he's the type to make a vid like this for likes. I do think he's the biggest "NCAA only" YouTuber tho. That's why the indie company went to him first, he said. He'll lose a lot of subs if it was fake so I don't believe it is.

Does he play straight up or does he just cheese and beat the AI?

All you have to do is let the company focus on the game & let the users do the rosters.

He plays online and offline and shows vids of every bit. He's not one of them types to spam the same play over and over.

I don't get why they just don't do one with random players. It would add to the replay value, too.

Wasn't Rocket league made from an indie company? Now that's one of the most popular games right now. Just takes a dedicated team to do it

NCAA was the most requested game to be backwards compatible for the one and ea would not make it. If I'm not mistaken their license was up.

Which would open the door for any company to get the rights. Is that correct?
