Unwritten Rant Rule.....

If a player, post college career ever commits any wrongdoing, it automatically is the fault and responsibility of said player's alma mater, and all of its coaches both previous and current.
The wrongdoing, crime etc. has nothing to do with the player as a person, as they simply could not be held responsible for thier own actions.
It also has nothing to do with the former player's parents or lack of parenting skills, high school coaches, middle school coaches or little league coaches. Nope it all lays cleanly and squareley of the former player's University.
Do I have it right? I just want to be sure. TIA

Ole Miss and LSU are exempt from these rules. They are about such things

So, to be clear, do you think the coach that recruited him should hold no fault?

If the coach kept him in check at the school its not on them. If the coach covered up for him then it is on them.

The coach currently at the school regardless of how much time has passed it always at fault

If the player does something after they graduate, drop out, leave for NFL etc. then no I don't. If they are running amuck while in the program then yes. I really don't hold coaches accountable for first time offenses of players when they are at the school. They are coaches not babysitters. I do however judge coaches for how they handle those actions, i.e. punishment.
But again after they leave? No.

Yes. Why does your school support murderers?

Didn't hernandez beat up bar manager while drinking underage for being asked to pay said bar tab, then go shoot a guy in the head and another guy in the arm and firing off like 5 or 6 shots into a car wildly without any consequences?

100% Fact. The GPD, only arrest kids for underage drinking, possession, theft, etc. Murder, however is totally cool. They actually promote it. The more bullets being sprayed and dead people laying around the streets of Gainesville the better.

All I'm saying is the dude didn't catch any heat over it, and it turns out he is pretty much a serial murderer at this point. Noone got in any trouble at all for either of those things. If you went up and busted a guys ear drum because he asked you to pay for your drinks and then shot multiple times into a car, hitting one person in the head, do you think you would get away without even a hint of trouble?

And I was agreeing with your story. The University of Florida its athletic department and Urban Meyer have/had to power to cover up a shooting spree and susequent murder. I mean its easy to do.
