Mickey Rourke is another good choice. George isn't slimy enough to be Urban. I think Billy Bob could pull off that level of sleaze and BS pretty well.

Urban should suffer the same fate as Warden Norton. Ironically, the movie was supposed to be set in Maine but The Shawshank Redemption was actually filmed at The Ohio State Reformatory.
