Arkansas needs to only use their red helmet with no matte. That cardinal helmet with white hog is all you need and classic.

I know we are getting close to the season when we are talking uniforms. As an LSU fan I'd like to see us have matching striping:
-on the gold helmet it's purple/white/purple
-on the white jersey it's purple/gold/purple
-on the gold pant it's purple/gold/white/gold/purple
I'd like to keep it consistant:
-on the gold helmet leave it as purple/white/purple
-on the white jersey reduce the width of the purple/white/purple to match the helmet and add a narrow gold stripe to the perimeters
- on the gold pant match the helmet: purple/white/purple
Or do the same thing with purple/gold/purple maybe? I definitely have too much time on my hands...

I don't like the white helmets with the crimson jerseys. I would like to see a white on white over white pants. I think that would be cool.

I was never a huge fan of the second version of the UA uniforms:

The current uniforms are alright. I do like how they mix up some of the combinations.

I wonder why they wait to switch certain teams at different times to the latest versions..I mean I understand Bama getting the latest gear first. Must be in certain teams contracts

I'm going to bring up the Gators because I'm a Gator fan
The Gators have uniforms that are kind of a "love it or hate it" type of thing (just like LSU - original colors that you don't see everywhere and a classic design). There are CFB fans who absolutely love our look, and there are fans who think they look terrible. I'm obviously biased but I do love that we have a distinct and original look while still being pretty traditional. I'm not a huge fan of the white helmets we've started wearing in some games but the players seem to love them so I can forgive it.This post was edited on 7/6/17 at 7:41 pm

My guess would be that it's up to the university's Equipment departments to decide to make a switch. Idk probably wrong, but I do know that Nike works hand in hand with each school they sponsor

For the most part, I like UF's uniform combos. The only combo that I do not like is the all orange combo.
