That looks a lot better haha, that first rendering looked like it was a screenshot from an N64 game.

How did Jones acquire his Billions, oil stocks and future trading?

No doubting Arky has some solid benefactors. Jones should shift his focus from the Boys to building a major city from scratch in Arkansas, as that is ultimately what'll keep Arkansas from being a significant state/school for the foreseeable future.

What wasn't said was the new building being built is a new 3-storied country buffet.

Natural Gas from Arkansas and then he bought the Cowboys.

He could put a few free coke machines in that puppy as well...

He could have built a dorm trailer park but the land isn't flat enough around here.

The Walton's are already doing that in Northwest Arkansas and the Delta.
So many millions going into construction and education facilities it's monopoly money. I'm looking for the link..

Don't think he HAD to... or maybe even asked to.

NWA obviously has some natural appeal, so I would think it's possible. I know there has been tons of growth in the region, but it's still hard to accomplish without a true business hub.

There are a lot of dumb statements made on this board but this one might actually be near the top of the list.

Does this clown own the most valuable sports franchise in North America? No. So quit hating. It's just a news blurb. Was very clearly stated in the subject line what this thread is about. You're just being a crybaby LSU punk.

Just curious as to what your motivation was in this thread. Typically, it's something like arkansans are bad in specific categories and then we come back with real data showing how bama sucks in comparision, then you run off and we laugh.

I was born in Atlanta and live there now. I honestly don't care much about what happens in Arkansas as it doesn't really impact me or my business dealings. I think NWA is interesting because I like to fly fish in the area and the rise and fall of cities and regions intrigues me.
