I like it. I think it would be a great addition....as long as the East gets Duke

I'd personally rather see UNC and UVA - the flagship schools of both states. I think they'd bring the most money and TV sets to the conference. Plus, they are both AAU schools, which helps the conference academically and with research dollars.

Expansion is about money and TV sets, not any particular sport.

UNC & DUKE

Both will not happen... under ANY circumstance. It will be UNC OR NcState and Virginia OR Va Tech.

This has already been explained today. In great detail.

Acting like Duke adds some tremendous basketball value are absolutely kidding themselves. Already JUST as many people watch SEC basketball as ACC basketball. These are the numbers prior to expansion(where our numbers are going to increase probably by 25% or more).

UVA is a terrible addition, IMO.

VPI is the first choice in any expansion that we should try for. VPI would have been a much better fit than Mizzou. I also think that NCSU would be good because they are "hungrier" than UNC.

I've typed it before and I'll type it again.

Only dumarses really believe the SEC would go after UNC and Duke.

It'll be NC State (RTP TV Market) and Va Tech. Both programs bring new markets plus football with potential and very decent baseball programs.
