It’s better than what I think we would’ve got. Not a huge cal guy but most of that is probably just because he’s at Kentucky.

Honestly, both schools win. Cal is no doubt a great coach in need of a fresh start. Hogs get a proven coach, UK gets the chance for new blood they wanted.

He’s probably the only coach that can put together a roster which currently consists of 1 scholarship player
