I hope this shite doesn't start happening. This is the kind of bullshite that ushered in the demise of the SWC.

These sources aren't hard to find. Every OM site believes in the magical AUDIO TAPE that is going to incriminate MSU.

2017, and their claiming an AUDIO TAPE as evidence.

And the best part: They think that they are going to produce this AUDIO TAPE at their COI meeting and sway the verdict. Fantastic

well in the state of Mississippi it is illegal to record someone with out their consent or them having knowledge so if "said" audio existed they could face criminal charges for bringing it forward .....this shite is gold though.

Honestly I would rather that we not do that even if we had evidence. Every program minus Vanderbilt has players getting inducements and I don't want to see everyone trying to burn each other down. I know I am in the minority as far as OM fans on this.

I like the guy, he was on a station back in Mobile years ago. He is also the one that broke the news Of Mike 'it's rolling baby' Price.

Not true, actually. I believe Mississippi is like many states in which only one person needs to know a recording is taking place. If neither party knew that a third party was recording them, that would be illegal. My guess is ole miss knew they were recording, making it legal

Do you ever post anything that's actually true?

Mississippi, like all but nine states, is a one-party state. Recording a conversation is legal as long as a single member of the conversation knows it is happening.

They have a recording that proves their guilt. Yeah they'll turn that over.

What?

This is about as idiotic as pank trying to tell us the NOA from the NCAA to OM doesn't fall under FOIA because the legal team hired by OM is a private company.
