How? Bama gets better next year at every position except OL, which won't have near as much of a drop off as people think. UGA loses, what, both Safeties, Jarvis, Tree, most if not all of your DL, possible Murray, I don't know what else on O

Everything I say about 2013 is assuming Murray returns. If he doesn't, disregard everything I've said in the last month...

UGA's OL were all first time starters this year, including a true freshman. Next year, they'll be better, for obvious reasons; it's their second year starting.

We all know Gurley and Marshall are legit.

Assuming Murray returns, legit.

Backup receivers making plays all year with #1, #2, and #3 going out to injury this year. We don't have an AJ Green, but the receiver corp is solid, as is tight end which is two deep with sticky fingers.

Defense is coming in with a recruiting class plus 4 and 5 star rosters from last year's class, deep at every position except line... we can talk about that later. Alot hinges on Geathers staying or going.

Explosive players at every position on defense, players noone knows about yet, outside of dawg fans, just like coming into this season.. dawgs with a bunch of who's whos? Big time players, Alabama style, where you don't rebuild, you reload, because the guys on the bench would be starting at any other school. Now they get to start.

Herrera had some reps tonight, Jordon Jenkins had some reps. You'll know more about them next season.

I could go on and on and type essays, but I won't, because I already have. Back to something being a sticky, we already have something on the dawgrant for this. I just hate typing the same shite over and over.

What do you think about that?

Im not so sure. Defensive line and running backs for Alabama have the potential to be worse.

How so...we may lose Lacey but everyone else comes back including the stud recruits at RB. the DL will be no worse as they have built up a lot of depth this year

With or without AM the offense will be as good or better..And lets face it, outside of a 4 game stretch starting with the UF game the defense was not good..I doubt even with 9 new starters it will be any worse, and probably better.

Again...I didn't say they would be worse but I am not convinced they will not be worse at running back and DL.

You will be replacing some very solid players on the defensive line. Could someone step up and not only match their production but be better? Sure. However, that is far from a sure thing.

In regards to running back Yeldon seems to be on a path for greatness. However, I don't see anyone who is a for sure 1b. While the offensive line might not drop off greatly, there will be some drop off in the run blocking. Can Yeldon be the man? Do they have a banger for 1b? Time will tell but far from certain.

That's a new opinion, it's very unique. Can you explain how UGA's offense will be better without Murray?

Believe he is saying that the improvement from the other 10 starters will make this offense better with Mason or Murray.

I can. Returning our whole front line and year two of Gurshall, Mason will not be enough of a dropoff if at all for us to regress

no doubt one of those losses will be at the hands of lsu's high powered offense.

Because we return the entire O line, 2 great backs, and good receivers and tightends..With Murray its better, but even if he goes, we are good offensively.

Murray pulled UGA out of many holes this year. Losing that experience and talent, the way he finally learned to read defenses, scramble out of the pocket, throw it away, change the play at the line, all the little things that go with a player that has started for 3 years, you can't replace that with a backup.

Not when you open the season against Clemson and South Carolina.

Maybe if we had an LSU schedule and the first 4 games were cupcakes, I could have confidence in a successful 2013 without Murray.

You know...at first blush I thought Bama would maintain current status quo...but after looking at NFL draft reports...dont think so.. Bama will lose a lot to graduation and will have jrs leaving without a lot of the experience that normally overcomes the loss. 2013 will be more like 2010 I think for Bama, at least two losses.

UGA is going to be bleeding from early NFL draft juniors and seniors leaving. Jarvis Jones, Shawn Williams, Olgetree, Rambo, Jenkins (showed his true colors by just not wanting to play at UGA one last time), most likely Geathers etc etc. to name a few. It will affect UGA in 2013...I know Clemons and J. Jenkins are going to be good...but the experience level isnt there yet.

Naw...I told you I dont eat those damn kingfish...I eat stone crabs, Florida lobster, shrimp, grouper, snapper (pink I love), flounder and all the good stuff.

Hey....if Geathers is staying..great...I look at NFL draft rankings and said maybe....dont get your rig capsized.
