Exactly the route we needed to go down, IMO.

We have the recruiting staff to make up for any faults, we needed an actual "coach"

He's a heck of a coach. If DuPre and Dural buy in they'll have excellent years.

The key word there being "buy in". He Doesn't play guys based on talent alone. You have to do everything he asks of you right. Which is admirable for the most part but could also be frustrating at UGA at times when we had more talented guys sitting while walk-ons were playing.

I think he's a good fit for y'all, especially if you can absorb the pitfalls of his recruiting. Not that hes completely inept, but he's not gonna reel in 5 stars consistently.
