yes, here's the somewhat condensed story.
In high school, I applied to UGA in november and got wait listed. So then I applied to GCSU and WG and got accepted to both. Was gonna go to GCSU to follow a girl but decided against it. So I decided to go to WG with one of my best friends, because it was still relatively close to Gwinnett (home) and Athens, whereas virtually all my other friends were going to statesboro. I registered this name here in early June that year. In late June, UGA called me and told me I was accepted. I figured it wasn't worth changing my name since I only had like 2 posts at the time. I didn't actually end up starting that fall but that's another story.
So that's why I'm WG_Dawg.

I've been to 11 of the 12 SEC stadiums (never been to gainesville bc we don't play there), tech, clemson, arizona state, oklahoma state, colorado, etc. and I would objectively put UGA up against anyone.
I can assure you that you will never, ever, not once in your life, say "man I really wish I hadn't made that trip to Athens, that place sucked".

Yeah Carrollton is a shithole. I visited my buddy out there a handful of times and it left a lot to be desired. He was in a fraternity so he made the best of it but I'm so glad I didn't go there. I grew up in Gwinnett, lived in Athens for 5 years, now live in Alabama.
So really I have no connection to west georgia at all

we went 6-7 that year, congrats on beating our worst team in 15 years.

I am aware, I was just disputing the assertion all we ever do is lose at UGA. Clearly its not true. My buddies experienced Athens and saw a win

Porker I wasnt meaning as a slight, just that when my buddies went down there it was a loss. I remember watching that game in 2010, but good god uga lost to Colorado that year too, lol.

You can ride for free with me from St Louis to como.
I have a room, although I'll admit it's fairly crowded...we can figure that out later.
We'll be at UGA tailgates and MU tailgates later, which you'd be at later anyway if you went, so it's not really any different.
You can't really miss this trip simply because your friends aren't going.

yea man i just dunno how i can make it work. i was going to just drive cause then i wouldn't have to pay for gas but idk if i can drive that far by myself. sucks too, that's going to be an awesome environment for us to shite all over. i can't go to UK either but i think i have the other 10 games on lock.
