How many Auburn fans should we expect to be in Athens Saturday?

If you are coming what section will you be sitting?

Well I hope you enjoy your trip man. Athens is a great town especially for big games like this.

I highly recommend this for those going to the game who don't want to drive from Atlanta or don't have a place to stay in Athens.

Sounds about right...I'd say around 9,000-10,000. I think we give each other 7,500-8,500 each year...

Athens is great town. I think you will like it.

Honestly most of our fans are cool and if you are cool we are too. It's that 10-15% of every fanbase....ok 85% for the Gumps that ruin it for everyone.

Be there tailgating all day. Haven't decided on the game yet. Most likely just end up watching it at a bar.

I'd definitely recommend coming down Friday night if you have a place to stay and going downtown. You won't regret it. If you're not obnoxious I'm sure 95% of our fans will leave you alone on Saturday. I hope you enjoy Athens all the way up until 7:15 et on Saturday

Hard to gauge as many will get tickets through UGA/neutral sources. That said, I don't think it'll be especially high (still a typically good crowd) because of the loss and the weather.

Don't cross Broad with an open container.

this question is impossible to answer, especially if you are an auburn fan and/or wont know many people in town.

but yeah, if i had to give an outsider one bar to watch the game at, i would tell them the georgia theater or magnolia's.

ideally, i suggest going around to bars before the game and checking out the atmosphere. if it's really fun, stay there. if it sucks, try somewhere else. don't leave a fun bar to chase a mythical perfect scene.
