It actually kind of blows the mind to think about how bad UGA is relative to what they could be. They have great Academics, the best town in the SEC, the entire state of Georgia to themselves as far as recruitment goes, and good facilities. How the hell have they not built a dynasty, or gotten a coach who doesn't underachieve like clockwork every single year?

Weve remedied that. New IPF, increased coaching staff and now gave raises to allll coaches. Only passed by Bama and LSU for non-HC pay!!!!

We also had no arrests or suspension.....We doing work. Next we will start taking thugs from other schools and boooom! National Champs

every school in the sec dips into georgia, always has. and they have georgia tech as another major in state school. also, georgia produces so many recruits that even if uga recruited georgia kids only they would only get a small fraction of the D1 players

We get it, but it's only a matter of time until UGA breaks through. Been close a few times the last 10-15 years, shite happens.

Coaches get more motivated and are less likely to leave after a season....it's fairly simple.

All of the SEC recruits Georgia, so saying they have the state to themselves is ridiculous.

Other schools dip in to Georgia for top recruits because UGA can't keep them in State. It's rare that other schools go into Alabama and land kids that either Auburn or Bama really want, which is my point. If UGA was maximizing potential, they ideally would get their pick of the best top talent in state before other schools poach.

Your point assumes all kids in Georgia are from Georgia and that the number of kids from both states are equal. Both are stupid assumptions.

I would hope...Ga produced 248 FBS signees last year Alabama had 89

They usually do...

One of Georgia's biggest problems under CMR has been roster mgt and depth...mainly due to our vow not to oversign and disciplinary procedures...not a good mix if you want to compete in the SEC.Since Pruitt came on board our roster mgt and numbers have been more in line with other SEC powers and we've also finally started to hire administrative assts to help out with recruiting.
Something Bama and Aubrn have been doing for years.
