We all know the answer. Auburn's a mediocre program. They bought Cam, refused to discipline the dirtiest player in CFB history (Fairly), and got incredibly lucky. They got incredibly lucky again in 2013. Everything deviates to the norm, luck runs out, and you go back to your proper place of mediocrity. End of story

Thank you undecided. I am still hungover, here at work, and you are the one shining beacon of humor and warmth on the cold rainy day.

Well other than the thorough arse pounding Auburn got on Saturday, that still feels real good.

Cheers buddy! Maybe we can meet up next year for the game and I can spit on you!

That Gus Bus offense though... No points in the last 55 minutes and 52 seconds of the game. When did your melt start?

I'll tell you why Auburn can't sustain success if you can explain why UGA has no success to speak of in nearly a decade. For all of Auburn's inconsistency we have several undefeated seasons, NC's, SECC's, and Heisman winners to hang our hat on.

What exactly do UGA fans point to as a sense of pride in their program? The fact that they "do things the right way?" All that got you was Todd Gurley with a torn ACL. I hope that keeps you warm when you visit Chapel tonight

I disagree. Saturday was very successful. So successful in fact that Auburn fans are still melting and making asses of themselves in this thread.

We have more SECC then Auburn (12 vs 8), and we have the same number of NC's the last 50 years. We've also beat you 7 of the last 9 times we've played. Get on your knees and tell me who our personal bitch is, boy.

You're meltier than the meltiest, stringiest cheese today!! You a high school senior? Atlanta area?

I see that the early acceptances from UGA went out last week - looks like somebody didn't get his!!!

Then the weekend....yeah, I'd melt too if I were you.

What's this guy going to like when Alabama finishes what we started by running train on the Aubs at Bryant Denny?

Should make for some fine entertainment.

he'll start complaining how unfair it is that they had to play UGA and UA on the road in the same year.

Of course they only won the SEC last year becuase they got both at home, but that will be glossed over.

I hate to pile on undecided, but you really need to stop. You guys lost. You guys perhaps have had the hardest fall this year; I can't think of another team that went from national championship runner up to national title favorite almost half way through the season to an also-ran so quickly. Probably has something to do with scheduling, I dunno.

An Auburn fan should know better than anyone else that you need to get yourself in a position to win a trophy in order to do it, and that there are a multitude of external factors that have to do with getting to the big dance.

You had an undefeated season in 2004, but luck didn't go your way that year. You had a two-loss season last year, but somehow the best coached team in the country quit on the last play of the game, and all of the sudden you were in the national championship game, which you guys gave away at the end.

That being said, it's rather surprising that you would rail on Georgia incessantly after getting your arse kicked. We can all pile on you because you guys were so arrogant all season long; you guys deserve to get it fed back to you in spades - that's the way life works.

That being said, in terms of getting yourself in a position to win, Richt has had 6 first place finishes in the SEC east in the last 12 years. And that was when Meyer was at Florida too. That's one every other year.

What's interesting is that over the same time frame, Auburn has finished first in the SEC West 5 times out of the last 12 years. What's sad for you guys is that since Saban came to Alabama, it's only been 2 out of the last 7. 3 of those 5 have come with Tuberville as a coach;

I only wonder what would have happened if you guys didn't run him out of town? It seems like you guys are also "accepting mediocrity" no? Just from different people? I mean let's say Mississippi State won the negotiations with Cecil Newton, and Nick Saban's Alabama special teams don't go full retard at the end of last season, you guys probably don't get those 2 west first place finishes.

Anyways, point is Georgia has actually been in a position more times with a stable program than you have with firing everybody that has a brainfart every couple of years.

Yeah, I know you guys beat the tar out of LSU this year. Good game buddy! I guess that is payback for absolutely raping you last year. Y'all didn't even score a point in the first fricking half. Well, we had a freshman QB who wasn't as good against you as he was against New Mexico State. It happens. It sucked. I was mad, but hey, we're not even a ranked team this year. We'll be back next year. We always come back.

At any rate, this isn't about LSU. It's about Auburn. If you don't want to be accused of having a tantrum (which you clearly are), then don't start threads hating on a team that just skull dragged you, okay?

Reading isn't fundamental in Athens is it? Thread title states since 2005 and 1980 which would be the last significant accomplishments for UGA while Auburn is the reigning SECC and made it's 2nd NC title appearance in 4 years 2013

You guys can call this a melt, a tantrum, whatever but while your doing this just know that UGA still hasn't won a shite and is unlikely to do so anytime soon. When Mark Richte shites the bed in your bowl game you'll be back to your regularly scheduled self loathing
