That Auburn team was undefeated and way, way better than this one (so was 2004 UGA btw). Neither of Auburn's RBs would play on that 2004 team, and that team's QB was better too.
2006, though. Highly ranked AU with rising expectations but mediocre/average QB play vs. struggling and youthful UGA with a true freshman QB and a developing defense.

I don't believe you. The only people that do are other sad sack AU fans.
I've been to a lot of games in Athens and elsewhere. I've never seen a fan get spit on.
Disclaimer: Someone will probably get spit on this year, but blame it on whatever pathetic AU fan authored that gem on reddit two years ago.
