You asked if Blackshear was going to be suspended for gang activity. He was shot, there is no proof he was in a gang. You made that part up. You then called him a thief based on charges that were never proven and also dismissed.

Don't know about gang activity but:
More recently, Blackshear was charged with possession of 28 grams or less of marijuana or 10 grams or less of hash - first offense on Nov. 24, according to Richland County court records. Records show that Blackshear was then released from custody on conditional discharge.

After Ward’s remarks, Blackshear found himself in hot water after several messages he posted on Twitter that seemed to voice his displeasure at choosing USC, saying he should have looked around like his parents advised.

Bluffton High standout defensive end and South Carolina signee Shameik Blackshear was arrested Friday at school after he took a purse and safe from a Mill Creek home Feb. 7, according to a Bluffton Police Department spokesman.

He does seem to have a history of problems. Drugs, theft.....but he's a good lad.
In fairness it looks like he was cleared of the theft charges by the "Family lawyer". Why does a family need a lawyer on retainer?
