Way to miss a wide open layup

And that may be one of the few times I've seen us go baseline this season too.
Apologies UGA fans, but I'd really like to see these guys put their foot on the pedal and open this one up.

I agree. We are almost into February. If this team is going to make an NCAA run, it's time to start playing like a bunch of 5* guys.

We don't care. We know our place in SEC basketball

Well... This game is about to get out of hand if we don't cut into this 4 pt lead

Why the defeatist attitude?

Watching this only makes me wish Stegman looked even remotely close to as nice as Rupp and that UGA was able to have (let alone start) the same caliber of talent as UK. Good on the guys for at least being competitive, but UGA basketball still needs a major makeover.

Step on their throat
BTW UK got a good RPI boost today from Providence beating Xavier.

Because that's all UGA basketball has ever been: defeated.

I don't really understand why Georgia isn't consistently better. There has to be a ton of good high school talent in Georgia (besides football).

Rupp is big and can get loud but any UK fan will tell you the renovations coming up are much needed.

We needed pretty much a perfect game to compete. Too many bad turnovers and poor shots for it to happen.

10 point game. Now I can turn it back to the Harry Potter marathon on ABC Family

Good... Why don't you renovate your football program while you're at it...

ya know, the scaffolding in front of steg is a perfect symbol for uga basketball. under construction but probably won't ever get there.
i'm content to get a good win every now and then, and i think most others feel the same way. not sure how you build a program around that type of attitude.
