Nobody said we're not losing a lot. But to say we "lost 9 starters" gives the appearance that we only have 2 returning starters. We will have 1 DL, 3 (maybe 4) LBs, and a CB return who started last year.

All Richt needs to do is show tape of the past 4 South Carolina vs. Clemson games. It'll show the team all they need to know about how to beat Clemson.

Definitely. I don't wanna wait til auburn, let's do it at clemson. I can't remember exactly how to get to the big field, but we'll be arriving at daylight saturday morning so I can let ppl know. The week before I can get people's numbers and let yall know from there. We should have a pretty good set up with tents, 20' flagpole, some food, music, booze, etc. The only thing we won't have is a TV but someone around us always does.

Clemson is a dangerous team early, they always are. They are very tough in openers usually - but I hope y'all do them like Bama did them a few years ago in the Kick-off Classic.

Ummmmm, no. You must be projecting that back onto us because of some deep seated fear you have of having to face us the following week.
Stay on task, stay focused on the taterheads, take care of business. Worry about us when the time comes, it'll be better for your health that way ... because, as far as Gamecock fans are concerned, it wouldn't matter if you had the week off before our game, or if you only played two qtrs vs clemson - SC is still gonna beat y'all again this coming season because we simply have the better team.
The reasons we want you to beat Clemson, however you do it, are multi-layered.
1 - We really do not like clemson.
2 - We always root for SEC teams vs out of conference teams.
3 - You beat clemson, we beat y'all ... makes us look good.
4 - There are always exception to rules and there may be a few SC fans pulling for clemson given how some fans here view UGA fans, but it makes for an interesting triangular dynamic those first two weeks, y'all playing clemson, then facing us the next week. Two Top 10 teams from SC two weeks in a row. You do not want to lose those first two games I would think, but you very well could.
