I just hope this run is increasing team chemistry and whatnot rather than increasing interest in our freshmen for other coaches to poach

I think we went on a good run in the NIT with Mike White a year before we went to the Elite 8. It certainly can't hurt.

Im hoping at the very least it convinces the young guys on the roster that they can beat good teams at UGA.
If we can return all 4 freshmen, add Newell & potentially Khani Rooths, and hit the portal hard for a couple of somewhat above average players we’d have the most talented roster in at least 20 years.

Yeah...I really want to 5hit on this post...but making the NIT final a year after finishing 16-16 and 6-12 in conference is a big step forward. Good luck in the final.
