UF vs UofM Betting Thread

I’m in for one unit for the under (50.5). The O/U has moved to 46, a lot of assumptions on QB play struggling for Miami and questions at OL for UF. Miami’s front 7 is the strength of their team.
Currently ATS Florida-7 or -7.5 depending on book. O/U 46, should probably get some late over money by public who can’t help themselves but bet the over.
**Also biggest action has been the 1st half under, it moved from 27 in some books down to 21. Sharps have HAMMERED IT.**

See I don't like UF to run the ball well against the Miami front 7, especially with all of the question marks at OL. Franks has talent at the skill positions, I expect them to be the difference.
Something tells me that this will be a sloppy game, 23-17 Gators. Mullen is happy to leave Orlando with a W and a lot to harp on.

I tend to always take the more experienced QB which UF has and if he's serviceable. He came on last yr as the season progressed.Hopefully UF's new starters on their line will hold up.

Agreed. I also believe Florida is on the upswing with mullen and offense will surprise some. Also believe miami is a little over hyped and will struggle to move the ball well. I'm predicting 31-16 Gators

I'm getting -7.5 which is a toss up line to me. I'll stay away unless it moved .5 on way or another.

Over 47 is bold but I really like UM +7.5 points. The way you bet it is looks like you think UM is going to score a good amount of points and they have a good shot at winning.

More than a few of the “talking heads” are saying low scoring and close...
I think it’s close at the half 10-3 UF, and win 21-10ish. So they cover but don’t cover the O/U.

That's been my thought, low scoring and sloppy. I think UofM covers 7.5.

I've been saying under the whole time...but the way this line dropped I feel like Vegas thinks there will be a few more explosive plays.
So might bet the over here now...just the money is all on the under it seems.

I have Miami +7.5
Florida will win, but Miami comes out fighting hard. I think Miami builds an early lead until Florida wakes up and wins in the 4th. UF had a very distracting offseason.

I got in a little while ago at UF -7 and I figure the hook is just that, UF wins by double digits.
Was tempted to go with the under but thought better about it for some reason .... intuition I guess.
My guy told me he's s going to have to lay off early if they don't get it up to around -9 by kickoff, which ain't gonna happen but I'm dead in the middle of SEC country so I guess that's to be expected in an opener and given all the UF hype.
I hope this one doesn't bite me in the arse. ForeverGator has the Gators covering and he's a shite picker.
