That dog was racist. Morrison had to stand his ground.

This. In my experience cops aren't usually dicks if you cooperate. If you give them attitude that's when they try to make your life miserable.

Your experience is lacking Cromp...In Gainesville you must salute the police and click your heels. They are a frustrated bunch...athlete rejects from Northern Saint Marys School for the Mmentally Challenged.
They get to drool over the coeds at UF and then have to face their puny manhoods in the mirror. The state of Florida keeps building prisons as the answer to overzealous policia.
UF has the Fulmer Cup firmly in its grasp now and raises the bar for Georgia to respond. Cromp, does KPD even care about XXX sourmash mills in the city limits? I cant wait til late August when the coonhounds will proclaim victory is surely theirs over UF. Its coming....or has reality finally sank in?

Did I read that first charge right as taunting a police animal?

There's laws for everything! Gotta justify a need for politicians. Hell of a charge right there.

"...which Arnold says in his report diverted his attention from investigating the vehicle."

The main point everyone seems to be ignoring.

I'm an a-hole with a big mouth and always have. you know how many times I've been arrested? None. Because I know when to shut my mouth to not get arrested.

I would guess that only an a-hole that has no self control would bark at a police dog while at all, much less when cops are standing next to it while it is doing it's job. It doesn't shock me that the kid was arrested, they probably thought he was on bath salts or some shite if he was dumb enough to be barking at their dog.

The State Attorney is already questioning the legality of the arrest. Apparently, the law states that there must be malicious interference in order to be illegal. I don't think barking at a police dog, while it's IN the cruiser, counts as malicious.

Cue the FSU retard in 3... 2... 1...
