Yeah. Knew that as soon as McElwain hired another DB coach and named Shannon the recruiting coordinator.
Hoping our new DB coach and DC don't get scorched like we did this year.

Randy Shannon's primary area of recruiting is Florida, South Florida specifically. It's hard to recruit a player from that area and sell Arkansas as the destination when Miami, Florida, Florida State, Clemson and so forth are also doing the same.

Err most Arkansas fans would have told you he was an overrated recruiter before he left. Its hard to argue with that. Like I said though, still a good coach.
