The winner of the SEC title game should be treated better. SEC office should lobby orange to take UCF vs Alabama and let the sugar have a better opponent than direction U.

I agree but probably will not happen. The Orange Bowl is foaming at the mouth at the possibility of Clemson vs Alabama.

I hope it's Alabama vs UCF, with a result like Alabama/Utah from 2008

UCF isn't a name team, but they are very good and very deserving, imo. Much more so than NIU.

The Sugar Bowl has been sucking a lot lately.
2012 Louisville
2011 V-Tech
2010 vacated
2009 Cincinnati
2008 Utah
2007 Hawaii
2006 Notre Dame
2005 WVU
2004 V-Tech
wtf? We need better matchups in the SEC's premier bowl game.

I have watched UCF all season because I went to grad school there. They are a very good team. They almost beat South Carolina earlier in the season and were actually leading for a good portion of the game. Contrast that with the USC/Clemson game where the game was never in doubt for USC.

Lynch is good, but their schedule is atrocious. They have played 1 decent team. I just hate teams being rewarded for beating only mediocre our worse teams.
UCFs loss to USCe is more impressive than any win by NIU.
Eta: Bortles is impressive as well.

The Sugar Bowl has been our SECOND tier (and one forgettable year third tier ) bowl for many years now.

2011 happened and you are saying the SEC gets no bowl respect?

It's the premier bowl with an actual tie to the SEC.
You know what I meant, my point is that we're getting shitty OOC teams matching up with some of the best SEC teams in the Sugar.
The CapOne, Outback, and to a certain extent the Cotton and Peach Bowls have ALL been getting better OOC teams to play the SEC.
fricking UTAH, LOUISVILLE, and HAWAII??? C'mon, man...

Bortles is better than Lynch.
