Damn, Dude The UT athletic department isn't exactly running heavy in the black right now..a 6 million dollar buy out...Dooley isn't going anywhere..Dooley isn't the problem..We are still a couple of recruiting classes away..Especially on the defensive side of the ball...

I think you're right, but I'm not sure UT will be patient enough to let it play out. I think If you guys do end up firing him the next hire will be monumental. Literally, a bad or even marginal hire would set you back at minimum a decade. You better have a home run hire waiting in the wings before pulling the trigger on Dooley. It would be better to give him another year even if painful.

HAslam will pay whatever we need to get the right coach this time, but any talk of changing coaches will have to wait a few weeks, Dooley might still save his job.
