All charges were dropped last summer. Both against Miller and Tunsil.

Miller is just one of those guys that will not stop until justice is served.

Are we sure Tunsil's stepfather isn't Roberto Boucher?

A former Ole Miss player is being sued and all you can talk about is State.

Matthew Miller....oh Holy Hell that is the same lawyer that represented him in court this past summer, had Tunsil's stepbrother crying, let the step father take the stand where he got caught in a lie and got basically slammed out of court....great choice of a guy to represent you.

Actually, Lindsey Miller was self-represented at the time he got caught making up his story. Went and got Miller after. Still happened though.

What a piece of shite. But there will be those on the rant who support this guy because "lolol he gon sink Ole Piss!!"

OM is my second favorite team, so obviously I don't support him. Nevertheless, you're dismissing the premise a bit too quickly. If he didn't commit domestic violence, then certain people were very, very stupid to broadcast such an accusation far and wide. Let's be honest...few of us, including most people on this board (and, yes, including OM fans), would take something like that lying down. It would be a clear-cut case of defamation, and it would have been done for completely self-serving reasons by a kid looking to protect his career.

Of course, if he did commit domestic violence and is just looking for an undeserved payday, I hope he gets his arse handed to him.
