It really doesn't matter that you are jinxing a bad team.

Is there any particular reason why it seems this season that most games are on Wednesday? It seems to me like we get two games each Tuesday and four or five on Wednesday? Do Wednesday night games get better ratings, but they want to keep Tuesday night as well so they keep a couple games on Tuesday each week?

I'm nervous about Ole Miss. I actually think they beat SC on Tuesday.

We really need a win against SC or KY on the road but I don’t see it happening. We don’t match up well against either team.

They're very tough. We can afford a loss at this point though like you said. Hope I'm wrong though.

Ole Miss definitely has the capability to do so. Beard will have them ready.

If we miss shots like we did the 2nd half of the Bama game then we absolutely can get smacked.

We have had stretches of poor shooting. We do just enough on defense to keep us in games long enough though

Ole Miss does not have the depth (yet) to beat the better teams in the league.

But anyone can have an off night from behind the arc.

I would lean SC because they are at home but I would not bet money on it.

Stop jinxing us. Focus on your arkansas and kansas teams.

Biggest difference between the team that got rocked in the second half against Bama and the team now is thr emergence of the inside presence with Gray and CMB. USC literally didn't have that at the beginning of the conference slate. Both were crucial to overcoming a slow shooting day in Athens.

That said, tonight's Meechie's night to shake off this slump for good.

the 8pm tipoffs

The worst for mid-week games, especially if you have any modicum of a drive home afterwards.

Ole Miss has some scorers but they are surprisingly bad on defense for a Beard team. Or at least they have been the couple of times I’ve watched them.

I tend to think SC wins this one at home. If it were in Oxford I might go with OM.

That is a good point. That bama game was the only time I saw this team get down on themselves.

The guy had some clutch shots vs UGA. I was happy about that

We'll get to see that in a few weeks, too.
