Set by this BUM against defending national champion and holder of 16 straight wins…the LSU tigers.
KJ Costello would set a record throwing for 623 (!!!) yards and 5 TDs against LSU, starting the fire underneath Coach O’s previously cool seat (miss him yet?)
KJ would go on to throw 1 more TD the rest of the year while finishing 4th to LAST in the nation in QBR before being benched by Will Rogers.
The loss marked the first time a defending champion would lose in their season opener since Michigan in 1998.

Obviously he would be in jail or served some hard time. What's the skinny? He pay off a jury or something? You probably killed more kids than he did.
