Matthews is a massive pussy. LF only had like 4 or 5 steps downfield before trey got to him. He does a little side cut then turns up. He wasn't even close to full speed.
Not to mention it looks like LF was bracing for a hit and not looking to deliver one. Trigga Trey should change his name to Trisha.

No one implied anything.
If you try to tackle someone, and you don't. It is in fact a missed tackle. Doesn't matter how you try to spin that.
