That's too bad. He played well enough against LSU and kicked Georgia's arse. I thought he'd improve, but Del Rio must be legit.

He saw on the writing on the wall. Been in trouble 3 times, was moved to slot WR in the spring. Best for everyone.

Bad press regarding that many QBs transferring but at the same time Treon got into trouble, found himself reviled by fans before then due to his struggles (some of which wasn't his fault as Mac was trying to fit a square peg into a roundhole for the sake of his offensive system), and was facing a position switch. I'd be surprised if the coaching staff really wanted him around even as a WR given the 'bad influence' on key players rumors circulating among the gator faithful.

I remember it was considered a major recruiting coup when we flipped him from FSU.

Harris needs to realize his future is not as a QB.
If he wants any shot at the NFL, WR could have been that option for him and McElwain could have made that happen.
If he's been in doghouse though, a fresh start might be what he needs.
He probably goes down to lower division.

He should go to ULL with Jennings. Between the two of them the Cajuns may throw for 2,000 yards.

That's great news. Now if he could just transfer to LSU or USCe then it would be perfect for UF.
