He was a walk-on at Alabama, wasn't he? He also single-handedly won the '08 LSU game in Baton Rouge, didn't he?

Trent has been one of the only true "busts" of the recent group, IMO. His game just didn't translate well to the NFL for a variety of reasons that no one - including the experts on this site and in NFL GM offices - saw coming.
He did go 3-1 against the OP's team, though.

I'm sure after his accountant counts his millions, he'll get back with you.

If it wasn't for these threads I'd have no idea what goes on in the NFL. Thanks OP for keeping the SEC rant up to date on the NFL.

That's not true, you will get updates on Julio and Lacy, but that's it I'm afraid.

Ravens using rookie linebacker C.J. Mosley more often on blitzes
CJ Mosley shot through a gap in the New Orleans Saints' offensive line, leveling quarterback Drew Brees on an inside blitz.
It was the first sack of the rookie inside linebackers's NFL career and was one of the first-round draft pick's two quarterback hits Monday night during a 34-27 win over the Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
A top candidate for NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, Mosley leads the Ravens with 96 tackles and hash two interceptions, seven pass deflections, one fumble recovery and a forced fumble.
The Ravens are starting to use Mosley more on blitzes, which takes advantage of the former consensus All-American's speed and instincts.

Trent Richardson is the Ryan Leaf of RBs.

Then what's the point of this thread? Richardson has his millions as well. But I guess only Alabama has busts.

Yea, everyone else stinks. McClain, Mosley, Dareus won't be in the Pro Bowl this year or anything.
But hey, whatever lies make you feel better broski.

James Carpenter
HaHa Clinton-Dix
Marcell Dareus
DJ Fluker
Dont'a Hightower
Mark Ingram
Julio Jones
Eddie Lacy
Evan Mathis
Rolando McClain
CJ Mosley
DeMeco Ryans
Andre Smith
Are all good or better.
Josh Chapman
Wallace Gilberry
Jarret Johnson
Rashad Johnson
Ed Stinson
Carson Tinker
Courtney Upshaw
Chance Warmack
Are all solid starters or solid role players.
Dee Milliner had a bad first 12 games of his career, started to play well, but then got hurt this year. Tough to say where he stands. Also Jesse Williams has been hurt a lot, so tough to say where he stands.

Don't know what is up with Trent. He's had some better games this year and it seemed like he was improving. But the past few weeks he's slipped back down.

You left Josh Chapman off your list

Yea, Richardson has had a pretty miserable career to this point. However, Lacy, Ingram, Julio, Rashad Johnson, Dareus, Hightower, Mosley, McClain, etc are all having pretty solid seasons and careers. You win some you lose some.
Ingram just turned things around at the end of last season and this whole season. Glad he did though, Saints need him to play well.
