It doesn't matter if cam knew or not. What matters is whether his dad really did try to get money for him signing. If he did then cam is ineligible. Regardless of whether or not he knew about it

Ah. Murder = possible play-for-pay. Gotcha.

The whining continues.

How is Cam responsible for his father's behavior? His father is an adult and Cam is not a minor. The 2 people have nothing to do with each other. Any family member could do the same thing as Cecil. How is anybody guilty for other peoples behavior. If you can't prove Cam knew then the only person guilty is Cecil.

I don't know. It's just the rules. If his father was shopping him around it makes him ineligible. I'm not saying it's right or fair. It's just the way it is

I wonder if Auburn fans are smart enough to realize that State didn't do anything to implicate Auburn, In fact MSU has said that they no of no wrong doing from Auburn. State just simply notified the SEC that Cam was wanting money. I feel pretty strong that State was just nervous about the whole deal and did what they did because it felt like they where possibly being set up. Thats was obviously not the case because Cecil really wanted money but to me it feels like we reacted becasue something wasn't right about the whole thing.

I've created a new folder in my favorites just for these posts.

They will be bumped and it will be HILARIOUS to read the spin from rival fans. I'm sure they will believe it is all part of some conspiracy to cover for Auburn.

You mean kinda like ITAT posters believing this is all some conspiracy by Alabama, MSU, UF, REC, SEC, and NIKE to bring down auburn?

As I said of course I believe Cam knew what was going on. The problem is the proof. If people do all kind of bad stuff in your name and their is no proof you knew a thing then you are in the clear. There is no guilt by association.

Not true. Especially with the NCAA
