When the NCAA vacates a win, they don't erase the loss.
In the official records, Arkansas kept the loss but Ohio State no longer gets to count the win.
Stupid beyond words, but that's the way the NCAA rolls.

I feel like this is forgotten, a lot. LSU actively tried to hire 1-2 other coaches and court them while Coach O had to sit there and beg like a beaten obedient-to-death puppy.
Then after being told no by those coaches and using LSU for higher paydays, they then chose "the only man we really wanted" in Coach O.
I'd be embarrassed.
