Assuming that Chubb comes back anywhere closed to 100 percent this year, him being at 26 is an absolute farce.
He just broke his leg didn't he? No tendon/ligament damage?

Kinda have to take it into account though.

True.
FWIW, I also think that Kelly being that low is a joke as well. You take Kelly away from OM, and OM is a much worse team. That isn't saying anything bad about OM, but more-so about how impactful Kelly is for his team.

You can't assume that considering he still hasn't been medically cleared.

Jabril Peppers isn't even the best DB on the Michigan roster?

What do you mean by "medically cleared"?
He's going to start practice with no limitations. They'll take it a little slower with him and see how he responds but he's heading in to fall camp like anyone else.

Does this list mean these players were 5 stars when they were recruited or they consider them 5 star players in college football now? Because Tim Williams definetely wasn't a 5 star recruit. Idk about a couple other guys too but living in Louisiana, I followed Tim Williams recruitment pretty well and he was never a 5 star.

He hasn't been cleared by the doctors yet.
He can not practice until he is.

Well considering he's now a linebacker, no.

This is based on right now, has nothing to do with recruiting rankings.
