Unless you have UGA's drug policy, I don't see how anyone at any SEC school gets busted. As far as I knew, UGA is the only one that actively seeks out our own ne'er-do-wells by piss testing after Spring Break.

As Cyde put it, it's the fact that he tossed it out of a window in a half-assed attempt to evade discovery that puts him at 5.

Hadn't someone colored it with a permanent marker and also wrote cam on it. Was ruined by then
